  • Federal Income Tax Preparation (Minimum Fee: $400)
    Includes Form 1040 and related statements, with e-filing or mailing costs (audit support not included).

  • Federal Income Tax Preparation with Schedule C, E, or F (Minimum Fee: $550)
    Includes Form 1040, related statements, and e-filing or mailing costs for business or rental income (audit support not included).

  • Federal Income Tax Preparation with Schedule C and E (Minimum Fee: $700)
    Includes Form 1040, related statements, and e-filing or mailing costs for business and rental income (audit support not included).

  • Amended Federal Income Tax Preparation (Minimum Fee: $500)
    Includes amended Form 1040, related statements, and mailing costs (audit support not included).

  • State Income Tax Preparation (Minimum Fee: $200)
    Includes all related forms and e-filing or mailing costs (audit support not included).

TAX SERVICE FEES

2024 Tax Year / 2025 Filing Season
Pricing is subject to change and adjusted to meet the unique needs of individual clients. Discounts are available when multiple services are utilized. We collaborate with clients to determine the best way to address their tax and accounting needs at a price they can afford.

  • Fees are determined and agreed upon after receiving all necessary information and before any work begins.

  • Tax preparation fees do not include audit support.

  • Minimum fee for any service or single tax return: $400

  • 10% Military Discount

  • Same-Day Refund Advance Option: $50

  • 50% of the fee is due prior to work beginning.

  • The balance is due when the draft is provided. Final copies and e-filing will not be delivered until the balance is paid in full.

Additional Service Fees

  • Each Additional State Return: $150

  • Each Additional Rental Property: $150

Hourly Services

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Consultation: $250/hour
    $250 covers up to 1 hour of time with a CPA.

  • IRS Resolution & Audit Support: $250/hour
